The current land use district of R-C2 does not support the redevelopment vision. As a result, the project team is seeking a Land Use Redesignation.

With the proposed land use change, the project team has submitted the Land Use Redesignation Application to match the recent rezoning of the neighbouring properties of 218, 222, 226 and 230 19 St. NW.
